Data centres are among the facilities whose damage the parties report; information on causes is given as the parties' statements.
According to a statement by the GigaCenter press service on social media (as relayed by Rossiyskaya Gazeta), the damage affected the data centre building, and clients are seeing outages in hosted equipment. According to Vzglyad and TASS, this happened amid reports by Ukrainian outlets of explosions in the city. RIA Novosti, citing the company's statement, writes that the facility was hit by Russian forces; Rossiyskaya Gazeta's text does not directly name a cause. No confirmation from Russia's Ministry of Defence for this facility was found in the verified sources, and the position of the Ukrainian authorities was not found either.
