Maksut Shadaev, head of Russia's Ministry of Digital Development, said at a State Duma committee meeting that the ministry, together with the Defense Ministry, is working on covering data centers. He said the fact that Yandex's services kept running after massive strikes on the infrastructure showed the company's effective redundancy and distributed capacity.
