According to the documents, Dario Amodei received $18 million in 2025, mostly in stock and options, while his sister and the company's president Daniela Amodei received $16.4 million; both salaries rose to $1.4 million in July 2025. According to The Next Web, Dario and six co-founders pledged to donate 80% of their personal shares to charity. The IPO application was filed confidentially in June 2026.
