Unpleasant errand calls can be handed off to SI — agents are moving out of the chat and into the real world.

Instinct has launched Instinct Concierge in early access: the agent makes calls to, for example, book a table where there is no online booking, or put you on a dentist's waitlist. Meta has at the same time added calls to US businesses to its Muse assistant, which has had 730 thousand downloads in the US. Instinct recently raised $350 million at a $2.5 billion valuation and, according to media reports, is discussing a $1 billion round at a $10 billion valuation.
