Chipmakers are investing in a company that buys accelerators from them, and money, compute and SI products are becoming more tightly linked.

Meta announced it will raise $95 billion: first $35 billion through public share offerings, then another $60 billion through an at-the-market program. According to CNBC, Nvidia will invest $3 billion in the offering and AMD $1 billion. Nvidia said Meta will expand its deployment of Vera Rubin and Vera processors, and the companies will deepen their cooperation around Meta's SI agent Muse. Jensen Huang called agents "a new computing paradigm".
