Russia's parliament is preparing rules for autonomous SI agents and robots.

Alexander Sidyakin, chair of the State Duma committee on digital development and SI, said at the 12th International BRICS Parliamentary Forum that parliament will take up "a whole block of rules". He named three areas: liability for harm from autonomous devices (wheeled robots, aircraft), rules for systems that can make decisions without human involvement, and protection of copyright in materials and data used to train SI.
