Nvidia keeps investing in those who buy its chips: money for SI clouds is flowing even before the public listing.

The round was led by hedge fund Third Point: $2.36 billion is available immediately, and Nvidia will contribute another $1 billion in mid-November. After the IPO, the bonds will convert to shares. Last week Nscale filed to list on the NYSE at a valuation of up to $35 billion and plans to raise about $3 billion; the company has more than $103 billion in contracts and campuses in Norway and West Virginia.
