The court does not ban SI, it simply reminds that a person answers for the document. Neural networks stay in lawyers' work, but lawyers will have to check them themselves.
The Supreme Court's Economic Collegium was hearing a bankruptcy case dragging on since 2018 and found in a creditor's objection a reference to paragraph 15 of a Supreme Court Plenum resolution, although the document has only 14 paragraphs. The court stated that preparing a position with the help of software is done "at one's own risk" and must in any case be accompanied by verification of the results. The Supreme Court overturned the earlier rulings, ended the bankruptcy procedure and instructed the court of first instance to consider a fine for the creditor.
