According to OpenAI's description, the model is available through Daybreak Red and Amazon Bedrock in the US-East region for authorized vulnerability research, exploit validation, and development of defenses. Access requires separate Daybreak Red approval and AWS provisioning, and qualified specialists must review the model's findings. This channel uses stronger identity verification, monitoring, and access controls; inference data is not used for training and is not shared with OpenAI by the customer.
