The financing ties growth spending to future revenue and lets Nooks expand its sales agents without a conventional equity sale.
According to a Reuters report relayed by Unite.AI, the Customer Value Fund will finance Nooks' sales and marketing and receive a share of the returns generated by that spending instead of buying an equity stake. Payments to the fund are capped at a fixed amount and occur as customers pay the company. Nooks reports more than 2,000 customers, including Cursor, Notion, Replit, and HubSpot, and net revenue retention of 135%. At the same time, the company launched its Revenue Agent Platform to handle sales work from first contact through renewal; inbound functionality is listed as a future addition.
