Private family SI assistant Ollie to shut down on November 6

Prepared by Sintelligent with the help of SI. Published in SI: . Updated: .

Ollie users will lose the service but will be able to retrieve their data and receive a refund before it is switched off.

Co-founder Bill Lennon promised customers instructions for exporting data and obtaining refunds. The service connected to email and calendars, helped with bookings, meals and payments, and passed an independent SOC 2 audit. Lennon linked the shutdown to the difficulty of standing out, growing and raising capital amid competition from Muse, Instinct and other assistants.
