Choosing and booking a restaurant moves from a separate app into an ordinary chat, including for group plans.
The service draws on the actual visit history of the user and their friends, obtained through Plaid using only food and beverage transactions. The agent checks availability and books through OpenTable, Resy and SevenRooms; in a group chat, it combines participants' tastes and holds a vote before booking.
