According to TASS, Andrey Akulchev, acting director of the Foreign Ministry's department of international information security, said at the Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum that a separate declaration on SI within the summit has been agreed with partners on the continent. In his words, the document records that each state sets its policy in this area independently, declares fair access to knowledge and resources, and reminds developers that they must obey the laws of the countries where their systems operate. It separately provides for support of multilingual solutions, including in Swahili, Yoruba, Amharic and Zulu. The text is carried by Rambler.
