Yandex is strengthening the Alice AI team with someone who built a browser with an SI agent at Perplexity.
According to 3DNews, citing RBC, the move follows from an update to Dmitry Golubnichy's LinkedIn profile; Yandex confirmed it. Golubnichy spent about a year and a half leading development of the Comet browser with a built-in SI assistant. At Yandex he will work on the quality of Alice in multi-step scenarios, corporate data security, and control over SI's actions.
