GitHub Enterprise customers get all Copilot features without separate subscriptions and pay for the SI credits they use. In the Octoverse 2026 report: 17.9 billion code pushes over 12 months, 34.3 billion commits and 1.3 billion merged pull requests; pull requests started by agents were 40% in September versus 17% in March (110 million in the month), and the platform has more than 225 million users.
