After the launch of a new model, the Chinese lab is compensating subscribers for quota spent during rate-limit problems.
According to PANews, Kimi (Moonshot AI) apologized in a post on X for rate limiting and abnormal quota consumption on K3.1 Pro subscription plans. All subscribers will receive a one-time reset restoring 25% of their monthly quota; for those who have used less than 25%, usage will be reset to zero, about one week of use. The Kimi K3.1 Pro model was released on October 24.
