Celebrities are starting to seek through the courts that their image cannot be used in SI advertising without permission.

Sergey Pudovkin filed lawsuits in the Basmanny Court against a furniture factory, an online store and a bank. He says the artist has nothing to do with the advertising and the videos and collages were created by neural networks; a Krasnodar furniture company, he claims, placed collages of the singer in the interiors of the furniture it sells, and lawyers documented the violations despite attempts to remove "digital traces". If the court awards compensation, Pudovkin proposes directing it to an information security foundation to protect public figures and ordinary people from such crimes. Earlier, deepfakes of the singer appeared in fraudulent smartphone ads.
