T-Bank's SI center: one 32-billion-parameter model replaced more than 200 internal services

Russian companies are cutting the cost of corporate SI with a single universal model.

Researchers at T-Bank's SI center presented two training methods for companies that run SI on their own infrastructure (per the bank). The first replaces many narrow models with one universal model: a 32-billion-parameter model combined more than 200 internal services and handles requests 2.8-3.9 times cheaper than the seven-times-larger Qwen3-235B. The second teaches a vision-language model to extract data from documents of any type from a text query; by the bank's estimate, that is 80% cheaper than manual processing and 50% cheaper than the best open models. T-Bank also claims to have described the first reproducible post-training method for Russian-language models with agentic skills.
