Leaks increasingly happen not through hacking but when an employee hands data to an outside SI service.

According to Nikkei (relayed by Habr), a Panasonic employee accidentally uploaded to a third-party generative SI service a database holding the addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and employee numbers of about 75,000 current workers and some 55,000 family members registered for emergencies, as well as about 178,000 former employees who retired after 1978 and 26,000 family members. Use of such tools is banned inside the company.
