SI can already shoot a coherent film, but the viewer still misses an author's hand in it, by one reviewer's assessment.

The first episode (seven minutes) of an adaptation of Homer's "Odyssey" was made in Grok Imagine with Wonder Studios and director Dev Walker; the project comes three months after Elon Musk announced a full-length version. TechCrunch reviewer Anthony Ha wrote that the footage is technically competent but has "no sense of artistry, inspiration, or human interest," and that the lines are "stilted."
