Occupational-safety inspections in construction will be run by drones and neural networks, but for now this is a plan.
Rostrud head Mikhail Ivankov said in an interview with TASS (as relayed by Ridus; TASS per the feed description) that next year the agency plans to introduce SI and unmanned devices into its inspection processes, primarily in construction; the first stages of testing are already under way. According to him, neural networks can quickly identify possible violations at enterprises and, from a large body of oversight data, find hidden patterns in employers' behavior.
