Robotics is looking beyond vision: force and touch are measured from actuator signals.
Zurich-based Enact Intelligence raised a $30 million pre-seed round from redalpine, Notion Capital and firstminute capital; angel investors include Yann LeCun, Mistral founder Arthur Mensch and Path Robotics founder Andrew Lonsberry. Founder Manuel Yves Galliker previously led software for the NEO humanoid at 1X. According to Sifted, cited by The Next Web, it is the largest pre-seed round in Switzerland.
