Nvidia says the growth of SI clouds is limited not by demand but by money and power.
Nvidia chief executive Jensen Huang told CNBC at the GTC conference in Berlin that demand for neocloud operators is "off the charts" while they lack working capital: "the demand of the capital is much greater than the availability of the capital", but, he said, "that's going to get solved". He said the main constraint for SI in Europe is electricity, and that its allocation to companies such as Nebius and Mistral is critical for their growth.
