Palantir: the Maven Smart System used by NATO has no "kill switch"; neither the company nor the US government can turn it off

Palantir publicly assures European customers that the SI platform for NATO cannot be shut off from outside; there is nothing yet to check the claim against.

Louis Mosley, Palantir's executive vice president for the UK and Europe, said: "There are no kill switches. There's no ability for Palantir or the US government to reach in and switch it off." He was speaking about the Maven Smart System platform used by NATO headquarters and European armed forces. The statement comes amid disputes over Starlink and Starshield services in Ukraine: on October 13 Ukraine accused Washington of deliberately slowing the services, Elon Musk stated that Starshield is owned and controlled by the US government, and President Trump denies involvement (Euronews). This is the company's own claim.
