A defense equipment maker is bringing autonomous systems for air, surface and depth under one roof.

ISE of Vancouver was founded in 1974 and, according to the deal announcement, has delivered more than 250 underwater vehicles to customers in more than 20 countries. The price was not disclosed; Elbit calls the deal not material to the company. According to Elbit, the purchase complements its Seagull unmanned surface vessels and gives a "single system of autonomous assets" spanning unmanned aircraft, vessels and underwater vehicles.
