The Series E round was led by Atreides Management; five new investors — Baron Capital, Capital Group, Fidelity, Glade Brook Capital and J.P. Morgan — joined Accel, Benchmark and General Catalyst. According to The Next Web, annual recurring revenue has passed $200 million, and the platform is used by more than 140,000 lawyers at more than 2,400 firms and legal departments in 80 countries, including more than half of the AmLaw 50. The money will go toward expansion in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific and toward developing the Legora aOS platform.
