Video on demand is generated in seconds and costs pennies, so trying out an idea will be easier for anyone.
According to VentureBeat, the model was refined by the fal Research team together with Black Forest Labs on the basis of FLUX 3. By fal's measurements, a 10-second clip is generated in 12.45 s against 277.80 s for Seedance 2.5 - about 22 times faster. On the Artificial Analysis image-to-video leaderboard as of October 19, FLUX 3 Max scores 1,138 Elo and shares first place with Dreamina Seedance 2.5, but the confidence intervals overlap heavily, and by point estimate the place is second, with a possible range from first to fifth. Text-to-video, image-to-video and keyframe generation are available through the API, with clips of 5 to 20 seconds at 720p; with a 75% discount until November 7, 10 seconds cost $0.425 (regular price $1.70).
