At a large bank, SI tools have become part of every developer's day, according to the bank itself.
Sberbank representatives told CNews that in August 2026 monthly token consumption for generative development at the bank reached 9 trillion, and that the average developer uses more than 22 million tokens a month. They said adoption of agent-based development has tripled since August and stands at 100%: all of the bank's engineers use SI tools every day.
