Mediascope: 55% of Russians over 12 use SI services, more than twice as many as a year ago

SI services have become familiar to more than half of Russians; the most popular is Alice AI.
According to Mediascope data cited by RBC (as retold by Sostav), 55% of the population over 12 in Russia used SI services in September 2026. Alice AI reached 48%, DeepSeek 11% and GigaChat 5%; 12% use SI services daily, and they account for 1.3% of time spent online. Only the services' own websites and apps were counted — not chatbots in messengers or SI answers in search.
