Apple's App Store puts responsibility on developers for SI fakes and for features hidden from review.
According to 9to5Mac, section 1.2 of the App Review guidelines now requires apps to prevent and remove "nonconsensual intimate imagery," including imagery made with SI; a new rule, 2.5.19, bans hidden, dormant and undocumented features, including code obfuscation. Violations can lead to app removal, termination of the developer account and blocking from alternative distribution channels. The section on illegal content adds a provision on removing apps that facilitate human trafficking and the exploitation of children.
