According to the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), the case was opened against Stroyprofigrupp and MT Group, which, in the service's version of events, created the appearance of competition to keep prices up in 2024-2026 tenders for maintaining buildings of children's institutions in the Odintsovo district. The signs of collusion, the agency noted, were identified by SI on its own in the state information system "Antikartel," created in 2025.
