A Russian company says SI closes two-thirds of cyber incidents faster than a person, but so far the figures are only its own.
According to a company representative speaking to Vedomosti, the MaxPatrol O2 cascade of SI models closes 68% of cyber incidents in 15–20 seconds; in the rest, an SI agent analyzes the incident and passes a conclusion with an explanation to security operations center (SOC) specialists in under 15 minutes. First, machine-learning algorithms filter out false alarms, then the agent checks complex cases against data from different sources. The company plans to bring the share of incidents requiring manual review down to 10%. The figures are the company's claim.
