SI memory of conversations has become an inexpensive wearable, but it listens constantly, and each person will have to decide whether they are comfortable with that.
Bee Frontier is a wearable (on the wrist or clipped to clothing) for $74.99 (its predecessor cost $50, according to CNBC), with IP67 protection and up to seven days of battery life; Bee Eclipse is a credit-card-sized device that attaches magnetically to a smartphone, $99.99. The devices record conversations and turn them into summaries, reminders and tasks; summaries are free, while an $11.99-a-month Bee Pro subscription adds unlimited summaries and links to Amazon.com, Alexa+ and third-party services. Frontier goes on sale October 15, Eclipse "soon." Amazon says audio is processed in real time and deleted, and transcripts are encrypted with keys held by the device and are accessible only to the owner; CNBC notes that Bee devices record continuously while on.
