Anthropic is expanding in Asia and agreeing with Singapore's government on testing and safe adoption of SI.
Anthropic has opened an office in Singapore, its fifth in Asia-Pacific, and signed a memorandum with Singapore's Ministry of Digital Development and Information. It says Singapore is one of its most active markets and that Claude already runs in the services of GovTech Singapore, Grab and DBS. The memorandum was signed on the sidelines of Singapore International Cyber Week by Kai Fong Chng, the ministry's Permanent Secretary, and Anthropic co-founder Ben Mann.
