Defense technology companies are getting more valuable very fast: in five months Anduril's valuation rose from $61 billion to $90 billion.
Defense startup Anduril has opened a program for employees to sell shares at $94.80 per share, which corresponds to a valuation of about $90 billion; the offer runs from October 13 to November 9, is capped at $1.3 billion, and employees in 16 countries can take part. Bloomberg was first to report the deal, and Anduril confirmed the information to CNBC. In May the company closed a $5 billion round that doubled its valuation to $61 billion; this month it won a US Navy shipyard contract worth up to $2.9 billion.
