According to Wccftech and iXBT, speaking to the Tesla Owners Silicon Valley community, Elon Musk said he still has a lot to learn about chip manufacturing and that he doesn't know how to make chips; he said the Terafab project will start with standard equipment and then modify it to raise throughput. The remarks came weeks after he told Chinese media that China would overcome chipmaking restrictions within 2–3 years (according to Wccftech). Musk also said he had experienced "SI psychosis" about six times this year; Wccftech links this to watching SI-generated music videos.
