Companies' working data may become material for training agents, but for now this is a declared plan.
According to The Next Web, California-based micro1, backed by Citi and Hercules Capital, announced it will buy and license operational data from companies over the next 12 months for reinforcement-learning environments in which SI learns to run real work processes: procedures, knowledge bases, documents, CRM data, project histories, quality-control processes. Payment is from $100 thousand, from $500 thousand for large datasets and from $1 million for unique ones. Conditions: the company has 30 or more employees and documented processes, US firms get priority, materials must be in English, data rights stay with the owner, and personal information is removed "when relevant".
