SI adoption in Russia is getting a budgeted plan with specific measures.
According to Vedomosti, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko said the document includes about 170 measures with year-by-year targets and an assessment of the effect. He explained the deadline this way: "we are already drawing up budgets for this adoption"; some of the measures, he said, are already being implemented.
