The idea of "passports" for agents is the same theme as the Sierra and Meta protocol: an agent must be recognizable and accountable.

At the plenary session of the Digital Solutions forum, Beeline CEO Sergey Anokhin proposed a document that identifies an agent, confirms the origin of the content it creates and fixes responsibility for its actions, so that the user understands "who the agent is, on whose behalf it acts and what it is responsible for." According to him, the telecom industry has experience in identifying and authorizing users that can be applied to agents; this is also a response to deepfakes and artificial content.
