Italian antitrust authority opens review of SI music service Suno's terms

European regulators are increasingly looking at the terms of use of SI services, not just the models themselves.
AGCM considers potentially unfair the clauses on Suno's right to unilaterally change the contract and prices, delete accounts and songs without notice, conditions hidden at sign-up, an overly broad license and the user's waiver of the author's moral rights, as well as arbitration in Massachusetts with no class actions. A public consultation will be held in the coming weeks. AGCM previously opened reviews of DeepSeek, Mistral and Nova AI.
