Enterprise software vendors are acquiring SI agent capabilities by buying small startups.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed; closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval. Ghent-based TechWolf builds workforce models from HR system data: tasks, employee skills and the labor market; its customers include HSBC, GSK, Ericsson, AMD, PayPal and Booking.com. The platform will be integrated into SuccessFactors and the Joule SI assistant but will remain available to non-SAP customers; this is already SAP's fourth SI acquisition in 2026.
