According to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the government will determine when only sovereign or national foundation models may be used in critical infrastructure; a transition period is planned for companies, and private business may switch to Russian solutions voluntarily. He said regional and municipal institutions will be able to get domestic SI services turnkey through the Gostech platform and that a strategy for developing autonomous systems is being prepared. According to CNews, 42 data centers with investments of over 280 billion rubles are being built in Russia.
