State money for SI in Russia is being set aside three years ahead, and the amount grows from year to year.
According to explanatory notes to the budget cited by RIA Novosti, the project is allotted 8.7 billion rubles in 2027, 12.9 billion in 2028 and 13.6 billion in 2029. The cabinet has submitted the draft budget to the State Duma.
