For the first time a state is taking on giving every resident a personal SI assistant — access to SI is becoming like access to school.

According to VZGLYAD, the country's prime minister announced the "SI for All" project: beta testing begins in October 2026, a partial launch by the end of the year, and by 2030 Seoul intends to be among the top three SI countries. SK Telecom, KT and Kakao have been chosen as implementers; the Ministry of Science and ICT will prepare SI courses for 5 million people.
