According to the Financial Times, Amazon is talking with outside investors about transferring about $8 billion of Nvidia Grace Blackwell processors, installed in more than ten data centers in five states, into a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) that would issue debt and sell up to 10% of its equity; Amazon would lease the chips back.
