SI companies and publishers are feeling their way toward paying each other without arguing over every license.
A beta program: the SI company sets a price and terms, the publisher accepts or rejects the offer in a dashboard, the buyer reports each use via API, and Cloudflare charges and pays out once a month. Unlike Pay Per Crawl (2025), payment is not for crawling a site but for using content in answers.
