Computers are starting to be designed around an SI assistant, rather than an assistant being added to an old computer.
The Android laptops with desktop Chrome are made by Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP and Lenovo; sales start October 4 in the US and on the 5th in five more countries. A "magic cursor" lets you select anything on the screen and hand it to Gemini, and the Rambler feature turns rambling notes into coherent text; each comes with a year of Google AI Pro and up to 10 years of updates.
