Legal SI startup Harvey raises $550 million and is valued at $15.5 billion

SI lawyers are getting expensive fast: the market believes models will soon do lawyers' routine work, and legal help will become cheaper.
The round was led by Diffusion and Lightspeed Venture Partners; in total Harvey has raised more than $1.55 billion. The valuation has almost doubled in about nine months: it was $8 billion in December 2025 and $11 billion in March 2026. Shortly before the round, the company released its own model, Harvey Tenet, fine-tuned on legal data on top of the open Kimi K3.
