SI agents are entering everyday work at Russian companies through the familiar 1C and CRM systems, and an assistant will increasingly handle office routine.
The corporate assistant performs multi-step tasks through agentic scenarios: it analyzes meetings, finds recurring problems in customer requests and consolidates financial data from different systems. It works with Yandex 360 Mail, Disk, Calendar, Tracker and Wiki, and through plugins with Bitrix24, SPARK, amoCRM and 1C. The service is immediately available to all Yandex 360 customers (more than 185,000 organizations), and to others free for three months; a version for Yandex Cloud with hybrid deployment will follow later.
